Since 1999 our Eclipse dogs have had many successes in the show ring. Prior to the AKC recognition of the Berger Picard, we showed both our Berger Picards and our German Shepherds in the United Kennel Club and other organizations. During this time we earned many championships, awards, and 85 Best in Show or Reserve Best in Show wins. While the Berger Picard was in the Miscellaneous group in AKC, we earned 96 Best in Miscellaneous wins.
The Berger Picard was accepted in the American Kennel Club herding group as of July 1, 2015. Since then we have 17 Eclipse bred champions and four Eclipse bred grand champions (three bronze, two silver and a gold). In addition we have had many firsts and special honors in the AKC ring:
